This custom intake structure is made of HDPE. It is installed at the end of a flume pipe on a vertical turbine pump station. The pond is extremely shallow but the level changes very little. The perforated legs allow sufficient water to enter the system at the appropriate velocity.
This stainless steel box screen is designed for installation in a river. It is 8’ square by 24” deep. It is attached to an 18” HDPE suction line. The station operates at 6000 GPM on a potato farm.
This is a custom fabricated dual auto lake screen intake installed at The Country Club in Brookline Mass. There at two 12” auto lake screen fabricated into a 32” HDPE tee. This tee is bolted to the end of the flume line.
